Paginated match search

Filters to LIVE matches with at least one tradeable market. Returns an empty page in 0x mode. Each hit carries startTime so the FE can render the kickoff badge directly without a follow-up /api/matches/:id call.

Search query, 1–64 characters.

Required string length: 1 - 64

offset · integer · default: 0

0-based offset, defaults to 0.

Required range: x >= 0

limit · integer

Page size, ≤ 50.

Required range: 1 <= x <= 50
